ROME - The Northeast relies on Alitalia. In proposito, ieri il ministro per le Infrastrutture, Pietro Lunardi, ha sottolineato che con i francesi c' è «un accordo commerciale, non c' è scambio azionario. Quanto alla prospettiva di una fusione - ha aggiunto il ministro - ne ha parlato Mengozzi, ma io e Tremonti (ministro dell' Economia, ndr) non ne abbiamo parlato». E mentre il titolo Alitalia guadagnava la ribalta di Piazza Affari, chiudendo la giornata delle contrattazioni in aumento dell' 1,05 per cento dopo aver toccato un rialzo del 6 per cento, sempre ieri dal fronte sindacale sono arrivate forti critiche all' amministratore delegato della compagnia che, da parte sua, ha ribadito le prospettive dell' azienda: «Malpensa resta il punto di riferimento dell' Alitalia - spiega Mengozzi nella prefazione alla nuova edizione dell' annuario - mentre Fiumicino, dopo l' avvio dell' alliance with Delta and Air France, will have the opportunity to grow as regards the 'area of \u200b\u200bthe Mediterranean and the South. 2001 - writes Mengozzi - is intended to be stored as a difficult transition year for the Alitalia group.
