Buildings Energy Certification: from now in force the National Guidelines for simplified

comes into force on July 25 today DM June 26, 2009 Official Gazette no.158 of 10 July 2009, containing the "National Guidelines for Certification Energy Efficiency of Buildings ".
The measure follows the Presidential Decree of 2 April (n.59), which fixing the minimum energy requirements for new buildings and renovations of existing .
Among the main innovations should be noted: • • calculation methods for energy certification (Annex A, paragraph 4 and 5) • • Energy demand summer housing (Attachment A, paragraph 6) • • Class indicators (global primary energy demand for heating and domestic hot water production) (Ex. A, paragraph 7) • • Classification of individual apartments (Annex A, paragraph 7.5) • • National classification (Linked to location and all'EPilim or S / V) (Attachment 4) • • New patterns for ACE and AQE (Annex 5,6,7).
With these procedures is now possible to make clear to all citizens of the energetic quality of buildings while ensuring efficiency and energy savings.

Bonus 55% condensing boilers

have been simplified procedures to access incentives of 55% for condensing boilers : will no longer need dell'AQE, energy qualification certificate, and Steel, Energy performance certificate to avail itself of tax bonus. It was then removed by a bureaucracy with an economic impact of about 500/600 euro.
